Exchange and Return Policy
1- The product may be returned within three days (provided that the product has not been opened and used due to its sensitivity) or exchanged within seven days from the date of purchase (provided that the product has not been opened and used due to its sensitivity) and in order to preserve public health as per the terms of the Ministry of Commerce.
The customer bears the shipping and delivery costs in case of exchange or return.
2- If there is a defect in the product or a manufacturing defect, the store will replace it for the customer if this is proven within a period not exceeding seven days from the date the product arrives to the customer.
3- If the customer receives a product by mistake from the store and it differs from what he ordered on the invoice, the store bears the cost of replacement and return unless the product has been opened by the customer.
4-Samples:
Samples are not returned or exchanged in order to protect public health (knowing that the samples are taken from the original perfume immediately after it is ordered). Therefore, if the customer sees the order status as "completed," the order will not be canceled nor will the money be refunded, even if the order has not reached the customer, because that means that the sample has been taken from the perfume and cannot be returned to it.
5- Sample perfumes (25ml samples) are non-refundable and non-exchangeable to protect public health. Therefore, if the customer's order status shows "Completed," the order will not be canceled and the money will not be refunded, even if the order has not yet arrived. This means that the sample has been taken from the perfume and cannot be returned. (Sample perfumes are 25ml samples taken from the original perfume and placed in a special bottle provided by the store.)
6-These perfumes are original perfumes produced by the company, the difference being that they come in an open carton without packaging, some without a carton and some even without a cover, and they take the ruling of perfumes of merchandise in terms of exchange and return.
7- The store guarantees that all its merchandise is 100% original and from an authorized and trusted agent.
8- If the order has been shipped by the store, and has not been received by the customer..

If the product is (perfumes)
The customer has the right to request a refund, and the price of the perfume will be returned to him, minus the shipping and return fee, which is estimated at 50 riyals.
Or we ship it back to the customer and they bear the new shipping fees.
If the product is a sample or a part, the customer is not entitled to a refund, and the order will be shipped back to the customer with the new shipping costs and the costs of returning the product to the store, estimated at 50 riyals.
9- Refunds are processed through the same payment method. The estimated refund period for the customer is between 2 and 14 days.
Delivery time outside of sales and peak seasons
Within Riyadh, from 24 hours to 72 hours.
Outside Riyadh, it takes from two to seven days.
Outside the Kingdom, from five days to 15 days.
